Join us for an informative presentation on estate planning strategies tailored for business owners and incorporated professionals. This session will cover the essentials of effective estate planning, including key considerations for those with incorporated businesses, strategies for minimizing probate taxes through tools such as multiple Wills, and how to make the most of planning opportunities outside of your Will - including beneficiary designations for registered plans and life insurance, and the strategic use of property ownership structures such as joint tenancy.
