This informative session provides small business owners with a practical, high‑level overview of health and safety responsibilities in Ontario. Participants learn how the Occupational Health and Safety Act applies to their workplace, the importance of the Internal Responsibility System, and how to use free WSPS tools—such as the Safety Road Map, checklists, and orientation handbook generator—to identify gaps and simplify compliance. Designed specifically for small businesses, this presentation focuses on simple, achievable safety solutions that help protect workers, reduce risk, and build safer workplaces without added complexity or cost.
