What You'll Create: By the end of this session, you'll have 2-3 automated workflows set up and ready to use, including email response templates, text shortcuts configured on your phone, and research prompts saved for your business.

What we're NOT covering: Complex chatbot building, API integrations, or back-end automation systems. Those are advanced topics for another day. This session focuses on quick wins using free tools.
Come prepared: Bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone (phone is fine for this one!). Think about your 3 biggest time-wasters in a typical week.
