SESSION 3: AI for Efficiency - Save Hours Every Week

This hands-on workshop shows you how to use AI as your digital assistant—handling repetitive tasks that drain your time so you can focus on growing your business. Learn proven workflows to automate time-wasters and reclaim 5-10 hours every week.

What You'll Learn:

• How to use AI like a digital assistant (not a staff replacement)
• Time-saving workflows for email drafting, meeting summaries, and competitor research
• AI tools you already have and don't realize (Grammarly is AI!)
• Text expansion shortcuts for iPhone and Android that save hours weekly

What You'll Create: By the end of this session, you'll have 2-3 automated workflows set up and ready to use, including email response templates, text shortcuts configured on your phone, and research prompts saved for your business.

Estimated time savings: 5-10 hours per week

What we're NOT covering: Complex chatbot building, API integrations, or back-end automation systems. Those are advanced topics for another day. This session focuses on quick wins using free tools.

Come prepared: Bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone (phone is fine for this one!). Think about your 3 biggest time-wasters in a typical week.
