Local Business AI Mastery Series - Session 1

January 12, 2026 (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM) (EST)

Description

A practical, results-focused workshop series designed to transform AI from a buzzword into your most valuable business asset.

Our local business community is rapidly entering a new era where AI is no longer optional—it's a competitive advantage. However, most business owners feel overwhelmed, under-trained, or concerned about wasting time learning tools they don't fully understand.

This workshop series is designed specifically for small and local business owners who need AI to be:

  • Actionable – Walk away with tools you'll use this week
  • Beginner-friendly – No tech background required
  • Aligned with real business outcomes – Save time and improve your marketing

Presenter: Linda Lamont, White Willow Marketing and Automations

SESSION 1: AI Made Simple - Foundations & Prompting for Business Wins

This session builds a crucial skill: how to communicate effectively with AI to drive clear messaging, better targeting, and more effective marketing. Learn the prompt formula that gets you professional results every time, and train AI to write in YOUR brand voice, not generic "AI-speak."

What You'll Learn:

  • What AI can (and cannot) do for your small business
  • How to choose the right AI tool (ChatGPT vs Claude vs Gemini - explained simply)
  • The 5-part prompt formula that works every time
  • How to define your brand voice so AI content sounds like you

What You'll Create: By the end of this session, you'll have 3 customized, reusable prompts saved and ready to use for following up with leads, rewriting website copy, and creating customer communications.

Come prepared: Bring a laptop or tablet. We'll be hands-on from minute one.
