Stop staring at a blank screen wondering what to post. In this hands-on session, you'll create an entire month's worth of social media content, complete with captions and visuals, in just 60 minutes.

What You'll Learn:

• How to create a sustainable content calendar (8-12 posts/month, not daily posting)
• The 3-post framework that ensures you never run out of ideas
• How to use AI to write authentic captions that sound like you
• Simple visual creation with free tools (Canva + CapCut) -zero design experience needed

What You'll Create: By the end of this session, you'll have 8-15 social media posts with captions written and visuals planned, ready to schedule for the next month.

Tools covered: ChatGPT/Claude for copy, Canva for visuals, CapCut for video (all free or free-tier)

Come prepared: Bring a laptop or tablet. Create a free Canva account beforehand (Canva.com). This is a working session. You'll be creating the entire time.
